Life has a way of guiding us toward our passions when we're ready to listen. For me, those passions have always centered around God, family, and gathering people together around good food and meaningful moments. Whether it's a holiday, a milestone birthday, a wedding, or simply remembering someone special, I've discovered that celebrations bring people together in ways that nothing else can. Growing up in a large family meant hosting events with 30 to 40 people wasn't unusual—it was just what we did. What started as a love for cooking and hospitality became a calling. In 2016, I started a new chapter of life, and I had the opportunity to pursue what I truly loved. By 2018, I launched The Kitchen Mason LLC, a personal chef and catering service dedicated to making small and medium-sized celebrations memorable through thoughtfully prepared food and genuine hospitality.




In 2024, I stumbled across a beautiful trolley car online and instantly saw its potential. It struck me that this could be the perfect mobile platform for something meaningful—but what should it serve? The answer came from a simple truth I'd been living: not everyone drinks alcohol, and that shouldn't mean missing out on craft beverages and the joy of celebration. Whether it's for health reasons, personal choice, or medical necessity, countless people want to enjoy a beautifully crafted drink in a fun glass at social gatherings, just without the alcohol-related side effects. I realized I wasn't alone in this desire. So Bar was born to serve those who want quality, creativity, and celebration without compromise.
